Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our fragrance products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Opened or used car diffusers, oils, or fragrance refills cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

    2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number.

    3. Carefully package your item and ship it back using a trackable courier service.

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of a damaged or incorrect item.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at almas_scents@outlook.com with clear photos of the issue.

    • Our team will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Opened or used car fragrances and refills

    • Gift cards or promotional items

    • Personalized or limited-edition products


    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different scent, please return your unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
