How long does the diffuser last?

Our diffusers last 3–5 weeks, depending on temperature, driving habits, and how often the lid is tilted.

How does engraving work?

You can engrave up to four sides of the wooden lid. Engraving costs £2 per side, with an additional £2 for uploaded images or logos.

Can I upload my own image or logo?

Yes. Logos, icons, initials, or simple line artwork can be engraved. Avoid detailed or busy designs.

Can I choose my bottle colour?

The colour shown is the default. You may request a different colour in the engraving box, subject to stock availability.

How strong is the scent?

Very strong and long-lasting. We use premium fragrance oils inspired by designer perfumes.

Is this safe to use in the car?

Yes, when used correctly. Keep upright, avoid over-saturating, and wipe spills immediately.

Can I gift this to someone?

Yes. Our diffusers are popular gifts and can be engraved with names, dates, or messages.

Do you offer refills?

Yes. Refills cost £4 each or 3 for £10 and are available in all scents.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?:

Because our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns for engraved
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?:

We will replace it immediately free of charge.Please send a photo to our support team within 48 hours.
Non-engraved items:

Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Refill Your Diffuser:

1. Unscrew the wooden lid

2. Allow the lid to fully dry before refilling

3. Squeeze refill liquid into the bottle

4. Close securely

5. Tilt 1–2 times to saturate

6. Hang and enjoy
Important Safety Note:

Do not refill while the lid is still wet — this may cause leaking.
